generally, valen's feelings are hard to interpret since he doesn't really understand them himself. he also tends to hide his feelings, so even if he feels a way towards a certain person, it may not be expressed properly
also, he reads too many books so his chart is kind of hipster and has Greek terms for the four kinds of love. (agape, eros, storge, phileo)

hearts will be added as rp/character development/plot progression occurs

if he dislikes someone, it's usually for a crucial reason and leads to intense, irreversible hatred. he's not very forgiving unless he cares about you a lot.
